It's plot is very engaging, and there is a cliffhanger at the end that leaves you seeking for more. Cursing is present, though it is not used very often I provided a list of what I noticed for those who may be interested. While I whole-heartedly enjoyed this book, there are some concerning themes. It's a really fun murder-mystery book with an intriguing romance story. The Kingdom of the Wicked is a book I'd recommend to anyone 14-15 years old and up.
